Northallerton, Thirsk and District Beekeepers’ Association

We are a small, friendly, association with members whose experience ranges from novice to very experienced.  New members are always welcome regardless of experience.

Between October and May, excluding January, we meet on the first Wednesday of each month at Borrowby Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm. During the summer months we meet at different apiaries with the final one in September being on the moors.

NTDBKA is affiliated to the Yorkshire Beekeeping Association (YBKA) and British Beekeepers Association (BBKA)

Honey

As more people take an interest in where their food comes from, honey has been attracting well-deserved attention. While supermarket shelves are stacked with mass-produced brands, many consumers are turning to local beekeepers for something more authentic. Beyond its superior taste, local honey offers benefits for your health, your community, and the environment.
